 If you are employed by a Local 917 Employer, and not yet a member of LOCAL  917  print and fill out this application then mail it to us.

Withdrawal Card Request Form

 Be sure to request an application for  withdrawal when you are laid-off, taking a leave of absence, disability or terminating your employment.

CDL & Tractor Trailer Training Registration Form 

Local 917 members in good standing are eligible to receive CDL & Tractor Trailer Training through Joint Council 16.

Tractor Trailer Road Practice Registration Form  

Local 917 members in good standing are eligible to receive Tractor Trailer Road Practice through Joint Council 16.

Local 917 Form for Free Classes

Members in good standing are eligible for language skills classes, GED and college preparation exam classes , word processing classes, CDL & tractor trailor training classes. These classes are provided through Joint Council 16.
