Pay and raises for the lenght of you contract
Medical contributions for members and employer
Pension and Welfare contributions from the employer
Benefits such as: holiday pay, sick and/or personal day pay, vacation pay and in some instances severance pay
Seniority and what it means and how it is established
Protective clauses if any
